The automatic feeding technology of sheet metal is specially used to solve the problem of feeding of the coiling machine during sheet rolling. Therefore, it must fully meet the basic requirements of the feeding action of the coiling machine, and at the same time has the following characteristics.
(1) Automatic center alignment.
The roll forming of the sheet is mainly accomplished by the action of the rollers of the coiler. When the sheet enters the coiling machine, it must be ensured that the front edge of the sheet is in contact with the outer circumference of the roller at the same time, so that the rolled parts have high precision and high quality. The automatic center alignment operation of the automatic feeding equipment is mainly performed by the servo motor driving center centering rod. The pusher then pushes the sheet to the feed of the coiler, waiting for the sheet to be rolled.
(2) Flexibility.
Considering the particularity of the shape of the sheet, the vacuum chuck picking device is mainly used for sheet transportation. The coiler can roll sheets of different sizes. Therefore, the suction cup position in the vacuum chuck pick-up device of the automatic feeding device needs to have an appropriate adjustment function to be suitable for sheet handling of various specifications.
(3) The rapid and stable handling process.
In order to meet the safety of the work cycle and handling process of the bending machine, the automatic feeding plate transportation process should have better rapidity and stability, and prevent overshoot and vibration during the handling process.
